GUILLERMO FESSER
BIOGRAPHY
Born in Madrid, Guillermo Fesser reached the popularity for introducing the humour in the informative of radio. Together with Juan Luis Cano, he formed the comical duo Gomaespuma, which launched them to the success across diverse programs in radio and television (thanks to an entertaining program led by marionettes). Both knew themselves in their university stage, and started by doing a program in the FM of Radio Madrid in 1981. But Fesser's career has been very diverse, and besides his facet inside Gomaespuma, also he has worked other fields, as the cinema or the literature, beside his solidary facet was always present at the head of several educational projects in developing countries. Together with his brother Javier, he has signed the scripts of the movies El milagro de P. Tinto (1998) and gran aventura de Mortadelo y Filemón (2003). In 2006 he made début as the director thanks to Cándida, based on his own literary work Cuando Dios aprieta, ahoga pero bien. Also he has put the voices to movies of animation as Chicken Run or La espada mágica. His last book is entitled A cien millas de Manhattan (2008).
